A Spirulina cocktail with a little lemon and water is a great way to start the day. I like Spirulina not only because it is super useful, but also because I feel that it reduces my stomach suction.
Recipe for my Spirulina boost
1 teaspoon of spirulina powder
Juice of half a fresh lemon
0.5-1 cups water
Add first the Spirulina powder in a glass or cup. Pour in the lemon water and stir in the powder. It can be a little tricky at first to get the powder to mix properly. I usually use a fork to stir with.
